We must be clear that there is a Crisis in the Future Funding of political parties.

Therefore, my serious message to those on the Treasury Bench is: please look at the bonds spiral and the role of the regulators, and see whether there is a way of avoiding a Future Funding Crisis.

For this reason, in common with many others, I remain concerned that the Government's Green Paper on social care did not sufficientlyaddress the current, or indeed the Future Funding Crisis of care services for people with all disabilities, in particular those with a learning disability.
